Quality of apartment is not great. Cabinets, doors, etc are not installed properly which have caused them to not work correctly. Cost it too high for age of buildings with minimal updating. The complex has been getting trashy and less maintained, more noise than a couple years ago and feeling less safe.

Location is quite and safe, parking is always an issue. skunks, coyotes, have been seen in area, and snakes during the hot months. Water shut off issues and residents are given very little notice at times. Tow company will tow vehicles if not parked in designated areas. Maintenance is helpful and polite, leasing staff i supervisors have been rude.

I've been living at Sycamore Canoyons Apartments for the past year and will be renewing my lease! In the past year, I haven't had any issues living at the apartment. Maintenance and the office staff are amazing and quick to respond to any issue. Amenities are great and neighbors have been really mindful when it comes to noise. I love how close the apartments are to the nearby shopping plaza and parks also!
