I’ve lived at Lincoln Village Apartments for a total of five years, and my experience has been great! The leasing office is always accommodating and willing to listen, and maintenance is super responsive and kind. Josue was always helpful whenever I needed anything, and the team really tries to stay on top of things—even though you can’t control everything residents do, that’s just apartment living. Parking was never the best, but that’s to be expected in most complexes. The good news is that Abby was always willing to accommodate a guest with enough notice, which was really appreciated. I first moved in as the original resident of my unit and loved it so much that when it was time to downsize, I chose to stay within the same complex. The rent is reasonable, and the amenities—like the gym, pool, and valet trash (especially convenient on the third floor!)—make for a comfortable living experience. My neighbors were always friendly, professional, and honest, which made for a great community feel. Plus, the package lockers are a great bonus for safe deliveries. Overall, Lincoln Village has been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Lincoln village is a ok spot to live. They have some amenities that are good . If the pricing was different it would be better but to expensive and staff and maintenance do not really care for the area .
