Canyon Crest Views Apartments

Water shut off all the time!!! Need to fix this issue!!

Although I believe Canyon Crest Views is at a very high price point, $3000 for a two bedroom, every unit comes with a refrigerator, small, and a washer and dryer so no community wash room. Every unit has a garage and most are two car garages however they do not connect to your unit which is very frustrating. I have had positive interactions with the management and the maintenance at Canyon Crest Views is very good, they respond quickly and are professional with one exception; I have cameras all over my unit and when an inspection was being done by an outside contractor (I think it was an outside contractor) one of my cameras caught the inspector scoping out my unit in a very suspicious fashion. He was very intently looking around at my things and stopped very abruptly when he noticed a camera was staring him right in the face. I strongly suggest cameras on your patio, front door, and inside your unit. The rental process was seamless as the manager Erica is professional and prompt. Recently some of the new tenants are low caliber people, trashy, loud, they litter, park their cars in the alley blocking access, allow their children to be unsupervised and are destructive, smoke and throw their cigarette butts all over, and don't pick up after their dogs.

Been here for 5 years. Nice , quiet and great location. Office staff is professional and maintenance staff promptly takes care of any issues.

I like living here. It's quiet and the area is nice. The neighbor's are nice
