I've had a pretty good experience living here. It's quiet and nice! The amenities are great - I probably use the grill the most. One thing I would say that could be done better is making sure that the maintenance staff reads special instructions for work orders. I had instances where they come in and leave their shoes on when the special instructions state to take them off or wear coverings over their shoes. Additionally, there was an instance where an item was stolen from my roommate's car, and it took a long time for the staff to look over video footage (if they even did) and help us file a police report.
