It's a place to live we have bad neighbors A lot of noise all your windows face the street and there's a lot of homeless in this area and that sleep by your door

I enjoy the close proximity to the Museums, the Mission Inn, Downtown on Main St.(shops and bars) diverse restaurants and performance venues. A good location in the heart of Downtown. Not to mention no more than 15min form any one of our colleges(R.C.C.)and universities(UCR and Cal Baptist). Also a good location for students with our new library a 10 minute walk from the property.

We have 96 apartments (studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom) spread across four identical buildings that span the city blocks of 6th Street, Lemon Street, 5th Street and Lime Street. Many units have private parking and storage garages in the internal gated courtyard in addition to ample street parking.
