Live here 6 years. Fairly good resident managed. Parking is very tight. Security could be better. The residents of this Community respect each other very well. The building could use a new and more inviting paint job.

June 20, 2022 will make 4 years I have no issues with anyone in the units. I do find that the water bill is outrageous and hope and pray it gets modified to better service for all co existing tenants. At present I have been comfortable and happy with my stay here

Not enough parking. Parking is not controlled for residents only. Trash all around complex. over priced for what is offered .

As of late I have been comfortable, at Green Village, there are some things that have occurred within my unit and garage, I am not one to create problems , yet I do expect my living quarters to be up to par for the daily rental value of the unit. Unfortunately there have been needed repairs, and infestation of roaches, Water leaks through out the premesis, Sprinklers are on every night for several hours. Pool area has no shower to rinse off before n after use of pool, the bathroom is not in working order for TENANTS and children while using the pool it is use as a storage instead. There is no spa as mentioned in advertisement of premesis. Although I have been patient and understanding with normal wear n tear of daily living. I feel that as a renter the monthly rent and parking permit charges are not fair as the much needed repairs and water waste that I have under gone since my tenancy. The water charges have been extremely high and I believe that property owners should really improve conditions and lower water charges. I am certain building n safety codes are not being met and I would like to see improvements all around.
