Property is a bit out dated but the office staff is amazing. Haven’t used any of the amenities. Parking is really bad. Nice size units and still reasonably priced. Location is 7/10 close to grocery store and plenty food places.

They will tow u out of your stall if u dont have a parking pass there no where for your family to park at night unless they have to walk 2 blocks not safe. If you pay for it a month it should not matter who i let park there. Or if i have my work car and they need to much info. That my job wont give to the apt complex. Need better lighting when u leave to work at 1 am. So place u have to walk to car does not have lights And there should have access to the back gate so you can park your car on the street so u dont have to walk from the front street to the back. With kids and late aT night. Laudry room shoukd have access 247 there should be a code or a key for people that get off at 2 am

All the amenities listed and advertised are not actually offered like the second pool is closed and there's no actual Gym

I'm lived here over a year. Neighbors are greatly improving. Much nicer than first got here. Parking is a pain if you have more than one vehicle and visitors must park on the street.
