We've lived here for quite some time, however, the attention to the property and the needs of the residents has decreased a lot since COVID. The leasing office should have people working in it and everything, especially property management should not be remote. The location lacks accountability.

Walkable to downtown Redwood City for restaurants, but far enough to be quiet. Only issue is that the individual apartments have digital locks, which can be a bit uncomfortable from a privacy perspective.

Great value including parking spot, close to downtown Redwood City and the 101. Amenities and maintenance fairly good although some things are consistently broken (door alarms, elevators). Units on Main Street are very noisy because of garbage trucks and street cleaners.

Generally a good community that is quiet. Leasing staff is never present in the building. They are rarely available via phone or email. Accounting errors all over the place to assign the right amount of balance due. The operations team needs a rehaul for how badly they are executing on lease signs. Quick to take money but will send unwarranted eviction letters due to failure of proper accounting on their part.
