I've only been here 2 months. Guillermo is great. Always friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice when I moved in, clean and no maintenance issues. My only complaint is my neighbor is loud at late hours of the night and I can hear him through the walls. The location is very convenient to a lot of things and I feel pretty safe in the area.
