You literally have to pay for everything. Parking, trash, water, internet, laundry on top of rent. And the price of all of these has risen repeatedly in the 3 yrs I've been here. All the units leak water. The garage leaks waste water on cars. The washers and dryers are always broken. They've been broken for months even after calling. Yet property management has raised the price on the working ones. There's no option to opt out of trash vallet.

I've lived here going on 3 years in two different units. I'm a contractor. Both units have substantial water leaks that's were never corrected after multiple attempts. And there are charges for everything including water, parking, trash, internet, heated water, pets. The outgoing mailbox has been removed and we can't even mail anything out from this property. The list is too long to continue.

1331 Jefferson is a lovely place located super close to the train station and within comfortable walking distance to my workplace. Also, there's a Whole Foods just around the corner! If the impeccable location wasn't enough, the property boasts spacious apartments and most reasonable prices. Truly a wonderful place to live!

Property Managers are never that present, they take forever to fix stuff. There's no good communication.

Have to pay for water, trash, parking spaces, internet, pet fees every month. No A/C. POOR heating. People park in front of the dumpsters or wherever they want blocking cars and the alley because they don't want to pay for parking. Internet is always going out. Manager is never in office, doesn't answer phone calls, and doesn't return calls after leaving messages. Have had to do own maintenance right at move in because maintenance vendors do poor work. Maintenance requests take way too long and often result in poor work . Rent keeps being increased at end of leases
