I have lived here almost 7 years - some time the response to maintenance is excellent and sometimes it takes forever. The unit hasn't been painted or updated in probably 16 years. Taking a very long time to put in a new washing Machine but it is a perfect location where we can walk to the Village and to everything we need.

We have lived here 5 years and in general, we love living here. The property is a mixed bag. The location is incredible, the value for the rent is incredible However, maintenance is very spotty. Sometimes they are very responsive and get things dealt with quickly. Other times, we have to ask multiple times (i,e, we have reported termites multiple times, blistering and stained walls, stopped up drains, heater doesn't work, and the rusting of the railing (never weatherproofed and the need for new flooring and paint). We actually have recommended someone live here and they moved in not long ago. It is still an amazing location. There are no amenities - so cant rate them,
