Great new first apartment

First apartment ever and so far it has been really smooth! Staff is friendly, the apartment is clean, new, and everything works great. Always find parking, the parking garge is such a great add on! Wish they had a bigger gym or more equipment but its got the essentials.

Gone downhill progessively over the past couple years

We have lived here for four years and it has progressively become a worse place to live, particularly in the last two years. Let's not even talk about the leaks or mold, because we don't have enough time or space in this box. The management changed and the quality of living has gone down. The amount of dog poop strewn about the property has increased exponentially though. There have been fewer events put on and more disruptive neighbors. But hey, they fixed the parking by charging us for parking placards. So, there is an improvement. We are anticipating another 10% increase in rent for this mediocre, at best, apartment. Can't wait!
