Upon moving in, Galloway seemed like a dream! Great amenities, seemingly clear guidelines, and it had great reviews from what I saw online. The neighborhood is great and the building is super quiet. However, I've encountered some serious issues while living here. Essex is great at overcharging for the most basic utilities like garbage and parking is a nightmare if you can't afford their overpriced parking rates. Getting ahold of the Community Relations Team is impossible unless you call and if you do beware that you might get completely incorrect advice. It just seems like more care could go into the customer service on all levels given the thousands each tenant pays in rent per month.

It is a bad system that you guys got going on the payment system. Also, keeping the fans always on in the bathrooms, expensive electricity and it is probably due to a bad septic system ofbthe apartments
