The staff is super friendly .maintenance crew does a great job cleaning and picking up the mess some residents leave in the parking lot. So glad they have been enforcing picking up after their dogs. Leasing staff is friendly and other dept too!. Residents events are alwahs fun and do different activities!
great luxury living!
i moved in recently and the rent is def worth the money! i love the place, the location, and all it offers! alison and amanda have been so helpful in making our stay as best as possible! the 2 downsides i can note are the other tenants - for example, the 24hr courtyards get rowdy at night and some tenants do not respect quiet hours after 10pm AND there are dog owners in the building that do not clean up after their dogs, they let their dogs poop in the parking garage and leave it there or in the bushes and right now during the summer, the smell is even worse bc of the heat otherwise, i love the place!
Amazing Management & Amenities
My husband and I just moved in and we absolutely love these apartments! The complex has a lot of high tech amenities and apps to use on your phone that make it extremely convenient to receive packages, allow guests to come in, and access bills/utilities. The management team is also extremely helpful and make themselves available during the entire move in process. Amanda was extremelyyyyy helpful from the moment we took our tour to the day we moved in. She was very thorough with all of the details regarding requirements and deadlines and responded very quickly whenever we had questions, and we sure did have a lot! The entire move has been super successful and swift thanks to the management team!
Modern Urban Living
The apartments are new, modern, and well maintained. The units are very nice to live in. The location is next to commercial buildings which are extremely noisy and have a negative impact on the living experience.
Feed Back
I have been living almost 7 months here, Apartments have new brands of appliances also the staffs are so friendly. The price is good and worth it. The negative thing is so much noise it is extreme enough to decrease my satisfaction and no private balcony as they are so close to each other. Overal rating is good for me.
