Living here for some time now, the noise level is minimum. Loud and noisy tenants won't last. Maintenance is always keeping the place tidy, neighbors are friendly and respectful. The pool and grill are very nice and always clean. There are rules to follow inside the pool area for the safety of all tenants.

I've been living in these apartments for over three years. People is respectful and keep the noise level to the minimum. If people is not following the rules, gets a warning but eventually leaves. I feel safe and comfortable.

I am very comfortable living here, the residents respect their neighbors and its pretty quiet. Noisy or troubled people never last, the admin always respond to our emails or phone calls and things get done right away. I may be paying a little more than what the price of this studio may be rented for, but the security and peace of mind makes all the difference.
