    Maximum 2 dogs and 2 cats allowed.
    Rent $50/month per cat.
    One-Time Fee $50 for cats.
    Rent $75/month per dog. One-Time Fee $75 for dogs.
    Additional Security Deposit $500.
    No weight limit.
    . Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

Quiet, Small Town Living

This is a great place to live. I recently renewed my lease here, and I plan to renew it again next year. The professionalism of the Maintenance team is one of the best things about living here. I've only had two very minor appliance issues, and both times, someone from Maintenance fixed it right away.
