Not so charming

Place needs an update everything is old and covered up with paint. No lighting or central air. Management is always changing. You never know who to contact. Maintenance is never done correct and left unfinished. .. took four years to replace broken washer and dryer!!!

Good location but upkeep is poor

The only reason this place is good is hecasue of its location eveything about the place is about reducing cost of maintiece and repairs. Things are done by the lowest bidder.
