This is our 3rd year living at Brookmore and our 3rd year loving it here. As someone who has lived in several complexes over the years, the one thing that makes the biggest difference is management. Mert has made a huge difference in the quality of our environment at Brookmore. He has handled any situation with professionalism and kindness. We are so thankful for his hard work. He really makes this community a better place! Nothing is better than coming home to a building that is clean, safe, and welcoming!

I found this apt and it seemed too good to be true! After meeting Karen & Tony & seeing the wonderful property, I found it is all true! They are kind, patient and helpful even though I wasn’t sure if I would neet the apt ( job interview). Everything fell into place and thanks to their professionalism and patience-I’m in! I am so looking forward to living at the Brookmore! Your company is truly fortunate to have found such a oerfect fit in Karen & Tony for such a wonderful property. I can’t give enough stars.

Great location & staff
My daughter and I came to Pasadena, California from Wethersfield, Connecticut and were lucky enough to find an apartment at The Brookmore Apartments. Tony Flournoy, the Resident Manager, gave us a tour of the building which is both quaint and quiet too! There are not many units in this conveniently located brick building and the clientele is professional and pleasant. They have a convenient laundry and sitting area for the tenants. The apartments are located in a great area near wonderful restaurants and shopping near Colorado Boulevard. Karen Cordova was efficient with our lease and expedited the process as we were new to the area. Karen and Tony also help people feel at home as they put out snacks such as donuts and bagels in the common entry area. Karen and Tony made this potentially stressful situation easy and seamless. I would recommend this apartment building to my friends and family.
