Cool place to live, its hard to find parking on the streets.,only amenities is washing and drying.,Maintenance comr in a timely manner and the staff are easy to work with.

Great place to live!

I love my apartment. The town home style feel makes living here so comfortable. The landscape and the big trees are my favorite part of the building. I will be here for many years to come!

Apartment does not look up to par

For the rent that we pay we should be able to stay in an environment that is clean at all times. However, the tenants in the apartments allow their kids to play up and down the stairs. Also, the tenants keep their personal property in the parking stalls which makes the property value go down. As well as their patio has a lot stuff that does not look pleasant to anyone eyes.
