Some maintenance issues still haven’t been completed

Moved in February. Had the maintenance man take out the rake so I could get the washer / dryer in, but he never came back to put the shelf back in. The person in the office does not know the steps to pay rent, so I can do it every month. I was told that this place was HUD--so you go by my income. WRONG!

Its been so nice to be back in paradise again after the fire its been a long time coming but we are really grateful to be back here again its like home all over again

Great place for the young and those that are physically active. Not so great for those with physical limits. The grounds are steep and uneven. Many curves on the handicapped ramps, even electric wheel chairs struggle. No close access between car and apartment and very limited handicapped parking. No benches to sit and rest. The staff are absolutely wonderful and do everything to make it a welcoming community. The property is well maintained and clean, but rather sparsely landscaped. The apartments are well designed and features many upgrades. Little soundproofing between stories, so you hear your neighbors. But that's kind of normal for apartments/condo living. the lack of a view is kind of off putting. My unit faces the handicapped ramp. Others walls as the building sits below the parking lot. There is no pool and limited areas for teens. A toddler area and a very small basket ball court only. No designated dog run. Club house is very small with limited resources. Dogs allowed, but those here are really to large( Shepard, Huskeys and other large breeds) for an apartment especially as no designated area for them.

Awesome place to live quiet friendly and not loud noises

It's quiet and awesome to live at. Staff is awesome
