This is a very nice, well-kept place, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They even had a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for me when I moved in, which made me feel right at home.

I've been living here for about 4 months so far it's good just wish maintenance kept up a better job at keeping the place clean.

This place and most of the desert is overpriced for no in unit washer or dryer and ridiculously high electrity and other costs overall this place is not even worth the price at all I paid less to live in OC with more amenities. The desert needs to focus on more affordable housing for young not older people

Jacuzzi needs to be better maintained. Adding a gym would make it a better value.

Good place comfortable, friendly neighbors I don’t like the increase in rent especially since we’ve been here for two years and will have to leave due to the increase.
