Not bad, but also not perfect.

The property itself on the outside looks great and maintenance for landscaping is always great, but the apartment elevators are constantly breaking. The elevator in building 2 has been broken for more than enough and makes it really difficult to bring in groceries. I even saw a family having trouble moving into their new apartment because they couldn't figure out how to bring in their belongings. Lastly, which is a big one for me is that my plumbing issues cannot be fixed. 2-3x a week, there is this weird gurgling sound that comes from the pipes and this (really smelly) black stuff ends up gurgling out of both my bathroom and kitchen sink! It is so digusting! On my second day of moving in, one of the gentleman from maintenance was so polite but said that there is no real fix for it other than him putting a scented liquid down the drain. Staff are incredibly nice, but I wish I spent a little more time researching this apartment complex.

Love it

So far so good. Not too thrilled about the elevator breaking down every few months but other than that I enjoy living here.

Slum lords

I had the worst time at this apartment. First the electric bill gets super high because on the worthless heating in the unit. Second the toilet keeps over flowing or the tub. Then the ppl that fix the problem leaves thing running all night juicing your electric. Then the complex tell you everything is on you to do extra work to live here. Like buy your own kitchen lights if it goes out. That's the complex job to take care of. They should have a supply of them. The ceiling start to leak and the inconvenience is not honored. You can't leave a 2 pound plant on your patio for no amount of time to get some sun. 2000+ for rent is not worth it here. I absolutely hate it here. No pro rating for the inconvenience and the customer should aways be right. Not here.

Beautiful, Quiet, Community!

I was in a hurry to rent a place as I had to quickly relocate for work. Kalana was exceptionally helpful!!! She went above and beyond my needs. She was super prompt with response time and was able to help me transition very smoothly into my apartment while I was still in Seattle. The property is very well kept and super quiet. Residents are super friendly. I would highly recommend this property and highly recommend you work with Kalana, she is fantastic! Fantastic is an understatement! You will not be disappointed.
