Spacious apartments

Spacious apartments and friendly staff. The parking space leaves a little to be desired but overall a great spot for the price.

Dirty, laundry broken, dog poop

You can only submit a maintenance request via app on smartphone not in person or over the phone. Maintenance request get ignored, but you must adhere to the management request to increase parking cost and rent increase of ~$170. Absolutely no parking available for guest or handicap. Playground is so outdated and bbq area is a square of dirt. Rent cost is not worth it since reported repairs get ignored.
