I regret leasing space at 1285 N Fitzgerald Ave Unit D due to ongoing parking issues that have significantly impacted my ability to use the warehouse as intended. From the start, neighboring tenants have continuously occupied parking areas necessary for my operations, making it difficult - if not impossible - to utilize my warehouse space efficiently. Despite multiple requests to the property management company to resolve these issues, little to no action has been taken. The problem persists, creating ongoing frustration and operational setbacks. If you rely on accessible parking for your business, I strongly recommend reconsidering before signing a lease here. Unfortunately, the lack of enforcement and responsiveness from management has made this lease a disappointment.

Very flexible Management company. Definitely seems a little procey for the location and size of unit but they allow chsnges to the units withiut much hassle.
