Damage deposit varies depending on length of stay. $275 cleaning fee and $100 reservation fee. All utilities remain in the Owner’s name. Owner will pay SDG&E charges up to $100 per month- any charge exceeding the $100 monthly allowance will be the responsibility of the guest.
