Great live/work lofts in a sketchy AF neighborhood

I love living here being creative, it feels safe despite the neighborhood due to the gated entrances. I wish the maintenance would assist with the unconventional living structure such as cleaning of windows and dust on vents from outside elements since we live an industrial area where there is a lot of debris in the air.
