Good people, but small garage. Plus my driveway is mutch smaller than other units in complex. l like my unit but over priced

I’ve lived at the Willows for 14 years and am happy so far with my experience. Most days are quiet and I have pretty nice neighbors.

When I decided to rent here, I wasnt allowed to tour the inside of the unit due to it not being ready yet, which should have been the first red flag. The pictures on the website are mainly of the office/club house and one unit the has more updated features then majority of the other units. Only one unit it really updated to fit the price tag and that is only because it was rebuilt after buring down due to bad electrical wiring. The inside of the unit is like something out of the 80’s with tile counters whose grout is chipping away, the knobs on cabinets wont stay on, window blinds are cheap and constantly breaking, the insulation is horible with the upstairs alway 80-95 degrees(doesnt matter the season) and the down stairs always being extremely cold. Nothing in the unit is energy efficent, most electric bills start at $300 and continue to climbs as the monthes get warmer. The property manager is very shaddy, gives different responses to different residents based on whether she likes you, she doesnt respond in a timely matter, unless you walk intothe office she aviods residents at all cost who arent her friend. She waits to address anything or leave any notices until the end of the day, when she knows you wont be home, or taping it to the door without knocking or ringing the door bell to ensure you get it. There are homeless people who go theough the trash at night, and residents get nasty emails about it as if we are the ones doing it. People cut through the parking lot from the main road at fast speeds, becafeful if you have kids and move in here. There are not enough parking spaces for the residents, at times you have “fight for a spot.” There are no events hosted bu the property managment to bring the community together, it almost like they want residents to remain strangers and interact, so no one really knows whats going on in this place. The “amenities” are not amenities, you have to paying to use them. And so much more wrong withthis place. DON’T MOVE IN!!
