Great place I’ve been living in this apartment for 5 years now. Location is accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants, that makes it very convenient for all residents. It’s a gated community, so it’s safe and quite. The grounds, pools, laundry area are also always well kept clean by our maintenance. But among all these, it’s Betsy, the Manager, makes the place exceptional. She’s very approachable and always responds so quickly, thus maintenance and other minor issues are addressed on time. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, and well-maintained community

Imperial Palms Apartments in Norwalk, located on Imperial Hwy, has become an even better place to live thanks to our amazing manager Betsy. The new BBQ area is beautiful, and we owe a big thank you to our manager for all these fantastic upgrades. The location is perfect, with a shopping center right in front of the building and a cinema within walking distance. Additionally, the sheriff's department is nearby, providing a sense of security. Since Betsy became the manager, the building has been much cleaner, and new windows are being installed. It's very peaceful here, making it a wonderful place to call home

I've been a resident here at Imperial Palms for a couple years now. I am happy with all the changes and modifications that are being done. The new benches that have been placed all around the complex is looking very nice. We have been getting new windows as well, which were very much needed. I hope to keep seeing future improvements around the property. Thank you to the manager Betsy for making all these improvements happen. Along with the rest of her management team Rony and Maria.

My family and I have lived here for 81/2 years and consider this home. It may be small to some but means a lot to us because its where we lay our heads.

I love my place of residence because I have peace of mind, the staff is professional, maintenance is of high standard and the resident neighbors are respectful and courteous. I strongly recommend Imperial Palms to anyone searching for a clean and quiet place to live.
