Location is great!

We been here for a little over a year. So far so good, we haven't had any issues, area is great. The only thing is that parking is not great at all, and I wish that we the unit did not have any carpet.

My First Townhouse with my wife

For it being my very first townhouse with my wife, it’s a great place to live in. This place is the best for its value and its a reason why we plan to stay for a good amount of time here, currently looking at almost 2 years at this residence! Maintenance is great! Whenever we have an issue with something in the home, we usually get an immediate response and things get resolved swiftly.

Poor Management

Belshire Villa’s Management is very poor specially with handling the concerns of their tenants and transparency of utility bills. The first week we moved in, there were termites in the ceiling leaving crumbs on my daughter’s bed which had only been addressed after 3 months. We also had a problem with the washing machine and dryer that won’t fit into their alotted space, took 4 months for them to address the issue.
