Consider it, 2 residents moved out this summer (15 units in total). The building would be much better with more care.

the place could be great if there was more consideration from other tenants that would mind how they park and how many guest parking they can use for their own, how the keep things clean, really how they could keep their noises level to reasonable. Have the building access more secure and with few cameras.....

I feel like the Building is not taken care of and the tenants are not cared about. In the past, there have been issues of break in's and due to the imminent need to be aware in this somewhat dodgy neighborhood, we greatly appreciate the measures made to protect us with the foot of extra gate added and the light. However, I believe putting security cameras and maybe fixing the front door handle, the broken trash bin, and the rooftop terrace is a small and inexpensive job.

The apartment is nice and so is the location. However the amenities the upkeep and the maintenance needs a lot of work!
