Beautiful apartments, great amenities. However, apartments could be better soundproofed from noisy neighbors. Walls are rather thin. Traffic from 8th Street is unbearable throughout thr day. Karina is a WONDERFUL property manager!

Love My Home! Delete I've had the pleasure of living at The Kimball Apartments since 2021, and I'm sad to leave due to my job. The property manager Karina is exceptional, always ensuring that everything is clean and well-maintained. Recently, they added a fantastic pho restaurant and a barbershop to the complex, enhancing the community experience. I'll truly miss my relaxing nights in the hot tub and the comfort of my incredible unit, which has made living here so enjoyable.

Love My Home! Delete I've had the pleasure of living at The Kimball Apartments since 2021, and I'm sad to leave due to my job. Mostly good but some of the neighbors are sloppy people who treat common areas like hallways like trash. Management should really fine these people or something to get it to stop. Parking lot is small and only one car per apt.

We have been here for 6 months. So far it has been pretty good. The management is fantastic. The location is great. My only real complaint is there is only enough parking for each apartment to get 1 spot so if you have 2 cars youre out of luck. There isnt any good "off property" parking either.
