Mostly good but some of the neighbors are sloppy people who treat common areas like hallways like trash. Management should really fine these people or something to get it to stop. Parking lot is small and only one car per apt.

Pretty good

We have been here for 6 months. So far it has been pretty good. The management is fantastic. The location is great. My only real complaint is there is only enough parking for each apartment to get 1 spot so if you have 2 cars youre out of luck. There isnt any good "off property" parking either.
