I have lived here for 2.5 years during that time Ownership and Management have changed for the better. It was already a beautiful property, which prompted my choice to live here. However, since management has changed, it has steadily improved. The main drawback is the homeless community, with serious drug issues. They roam the property, at all times of the day, and night and through the trash. A gate surrounding the property is begging the question as to why it has not happened, yet. They also find ways to use the facilities surrounding the office area. A gate, with several locked access points, for the residents, is the simplest, and most-needed solution. This would address many concerns of the residents... The only other issue, which really is a wish more than a necessity, is in-apartment washers and dryers. Prefabricated Granite counters would actually be more cost-effective than the current materials used. Other than that, the facility is a great value and absolutely beautiful. Kudos to the current staff!!!
