New Resident

I have a lot that I love about the property, and my apartment in particular. I do not believe, though, that the ownership is going to be able to make this the upscale address that they wish to unless the mailboxes get fixed, the elevator is kept clean, and SOME PROVISION for guest parking is upcoming. I have ABSOLUTELY nothing but good to say about the on-site management and maintenance. I moved into a newly renovated apartment. It is not only beautiful, it is STUNNING, and I am proud to show family and friends - if they can get in the ONE guest parking space. The renovations, and all that come with it, are a work in progress. I am more than happy to wait and see how it plays out. The location is perfect for me, the parking space I have is covered and visible from my apartment. I have never had to wait very long for a maintenance request to be addressed. I hope the renovations progress well and the minor issues that have popped up are resolved.
