Live here use to be a nice neighborhood, but now there’s a lot of noise (dogs barking all day long) and neigbhors are smoking marihuana at the sreet and in the driveway with bunch other young boys. Cars park for weeks at the street and seem that the office don’t care. We do the report and nothing gets better.

maintenance needs to do better in my opinion. We pay full rent for our unit and every time one of our appliances is not working properly we need to keep calling to check on the status or the repairs. I have been asking for new cabinets for a very long time since we have been living here since 2012. One of my kitchen drawers broke so when maintenance came to check it out they took the drawer with them and it took them more than a year to replace it with one that was not even the initial drawer and thats because I kept calling to ask what the status was so now my kitchen looks even worse with that out of place drawer. My oven has been turning off in the middle of a baking session and the stove top has been over heating. They put in a new fan and said that would take care of the over heating and it did not. They ordered a new board because they said thats why it keeps turning off and again i had to call and check on the status of that. I know the parking situation is the cities responsibility but I feel like something else needs to be done specially in the new parking area across from ingman ct. There are cars parked there for months!
