I've been here 12 years and I can say its generally a good place to live in. Staff are cooperative and ready to help. They take time to listen and address issues raised by tenants. Its clean and well maintained

Maintenace and most other things are are good. However pet policy needs to be looked at. Sometimes the air is full of stench because there are many dogs and most of the owners don't collect don't collect their dog's droppings when they relieve themseves in the lawm pr fower beds, But the worst thing is that most dogs are not tamed and they charge at other tenants any time they see them. My son developed very vad dog fobia because of this and i fear that some day he may fall and get hurt while fleeing. Dog owners should be mandated to have the tamed Also the rent payment portal shouldn't be locked until 1st of the month. A tenant should be able to deposit their rent any time of the month even in advance
