I've had a pretty great time living here. The apartments themselves are very nice and a great value for the huge kitchen, fire place, and washer/dryer. The neighbors are all very considerate and I hardly ever hear them due to the apartment's thick walls. My packages have never been stolen and I feel quite safe in this building. One of the downsides is the 3 bedroom apartments only get 2 parking spots. This can be tricky to navigate as street parking get be a little difficult at times. The biggest disappointment was that the roof access was advertised as amenity and i loved going up there when we first moved due to the nice city views. It was a great place to sit a read. Then one day we get an email saying that no roof access is allowed anymore and that anyone seen up there could be evicted. That was a big disappointment especially since there was no explanation. Other than that, I would recommend the building overall.

We were lead to believe there would be more residents around our age which is not the case. The other residents aren't very friendly and we were somewhat alienated from the rest of the building right away. Our building manager is very unresponsive and it was incredibly difficult to have him take action to fix issues with our apartment that were supposed to be handled before we even moved in, as an example 4-5 of our lights didn't work in our unit on move in day and those didn't get fixed until we were 6 months into our lease despite numerous attempts to have our building manager send someone out. Overall this has been a fairly unpleasant living experience.
