The rose apartments in west Los Angeles are very spacious new upgrades with counters, stove, microwave dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The downsides are there’s no insulation in between floors so it sounds like Godzilla just moved in above me. Insulation from side to side apartments is absolutely 100% fine just above the stomping. It sounds like they’re going to come through the ceiling . also there’s no coat closet or linen closet. There’s a little tiny space where the washer and dryer is but nowhere to hang coats. The only closets are in the bedrooms so you’re probably going to need a storage unit.

Nothing gets fixed and the office doesn’t respond to emails I’ve sent and don’t seem to care about their tenants. I’ve had broken appliances and things that I’ve requested to get fixed for 3 months

Wish I was told about construction before signing the lease.

The Rose Flower is a perfect place for young renters. Good value for decent-sized apartments with only basic amenities (garage spot, nice kitchen appliances, in-unit laundry). Management is laid back but responsive to maintenence requests. The building is located walking distance from Wilshire, Brentwood and Sawtelle with easy access to Santa Monica and the 405. The back side of the building also looks out to a park which is a lucky view to have in West LA!

Property not kept up well. We go to the elevator and look at dead plants. We don't think the property is clean.

Largest downfall - residents abiding apartment policies. NOISE is an issue. We’ve had several party and noise complaints for our upstairs neighbor every weekend. Nothing has changed and im afraid will never change under the same management. If you expect a quiet living space - THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I will agree with the other persons review; the building manger is basically unreachable, and will not be able to enforce the buildings own renters policy when it comes to quiet hours. What I trully dont understand, that they allow parties that generate intolerable noise when the elderly and families live here.
