The communication is very slow with the property manager, and lacks transparency. It’s sometimes hard to deal with difficult problems that can be easily solved via a phone call instead of a exhanging messages on the app that may take weeks.

We’ve really enjoyed living at Node! Great location and the the partically-furnished units are very well decorated. We’re in the front unit facing Sunset Blvd so it can be a noisy. I WFH and the wifi is decent. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and the staff overall is always helpful and ready to assist. Units are a bit pricey considering their small size, but the high ceilings make the space feel more open and it’s LA, so that’s somewhat expected. Overall, really good experience for short or longterm stay!
