Very unresponsive staff. Impossible to get a hold of the building manager (even during emergencies). They will charge you for maintenance on things that were broken before you / normal wear and tear.

The elevator is broken about once every two months, we've had flooding in the parking lot most times it rains, it got so bad it got into my neighbor's car and completely flooded and totaled it from the inside, people in the building are disrespectful - we've lost so many packages, there's trash thrown about in the hallways - someone literally left trash outside of my door, the other day we came home and there was puke all over the hallway. there has been mold in our apartment for over 3 weeks and no one has come to take care of it - they keep saying they need to come back. it's been frustrating to be a resident here.
