Maintenance of the grounds, Garbage and security

My concern at this time is that the lawn where there are hedges and shrubs are not being maintain as often as before. We have small possums living in the shrubs because they can easily hide. The shrubs were being kept at the ground level, which was much easier to maintain, The hedges are obstructing the windows now. The gardeners are trying to hand trim the hedges and it takes a much longer time because they are much taller and thicker now. It would be more beautifying to the complex to use a straight edge trimmer and bring all the hedges close to the walls down to approx. no higher than 3 to 4 ft. 2. The people are not discarding their trash and garbage properly, loose items are being thrown over the fence causing spillage on the ground because trash is not being securely bagged before discarding. Distributing a reminder memo to every resident could be helpful. 3. Also, in the past, because of a possible fire hazard, management had distributed a memo regarding any automobiles that were not in use or appears to have been abandoned could not be stored on the premises. there is a car that has been sited that could be a fire hazard and appears to have been abandoned or stolen

The cleaning crew is lackadaisical. If she wasn’t sitting on on the back steps blathering on her phone then the carpets and steps could use a thorough cleaning
