Too much construction every time someone leaves

I've been residing at 11972 Kiowa Ave. #203 for one month now and my experience is not too bad. The apartment came well-equipped with essential appliances like a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher which made settling in quite easy. However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to maintenance response times. It took a while to get a minor plumbing issue fixed.

All utilities, including trash, gas, electric, and water, are the responsibility of the tenant. Application fee of $50, Trash: Studio/One-Bedroom $30, Two-Bedroom $40.00, $Three-Bedroom $50, Four-Bedroom $60, Five-Bedroom $70. SCEP Fee of $2.83 and RSO Fees according to city regulation and if applicable. Security Deposit equal to one-month of rent.
