Our unit is near front door, noice at night between 8 and 11 pm is very loud

Amazing building and location. I've had no problems with Wiseman. The only problem is the noise, which results from rude, inconsiderate tenants. Without them, this would be a perfect place to live.

This building would be 4/5 stars if they had better management. It is basically impossible to get a response back from our building manager. The location and value of the building are good + the maintenance is rapid. However, I am frustrated living here because we cannot get responses on basic questions. I also believe the building needs to take better safety precautions. The building's front door was left unlocked for an extended period of time and there are no safety precautions set into place. There are also supposed to be security cameras, but there is no evidence of any in the building.

Some of everything is amazing but others is not. We've been asking for certain things to get fixed for months they haven't like our blinds that are beoken and our fridge. Our house manager never answers our door has been unlocked for weeks and any issue she just doesn't get to (I know there's a lot going on but some of these are big things) but also love living here so there's just things that need to be improved
