Unprofessional response time

I've only lived here for a month and the time it has taken to try and get maintenance or service to my unit has been ridiculous. There were 3 things that I put in a request for prior to moving in which is almost a month ago from the initial request still hasnt been serviced. I'm still waiting....

Almost perfect

Kings on Third is truly an amazing building. The amenities are fantastic. Wiseman has been great to work with. My only disappointment are the tenants, not management. The neighbors are terribly loud and inconsiderate, throwing loud parties, setting off the fire alarm late at night, and having no respect for their fellow neighbors.

Staff is so irresponsible and rude. Took months and years to get things fixed here. Lost so many packages.

Wiseman

Pretty good location in West LA. Area gets too busy on rush hours but overall, it’s okay. Some staff are inconsiderate and difficult to contact. Maintenance respond in timely manner for the most part. Cleaners are on time as well. I just hope that the management was a little bit more considerate with the rent.
