Gary used to do a good job coming by to check on environment and make sure amenities are working fine. Upon changing property manager, the building lights took days to be fixed and there were often garbage and cigarettes by the gate.

Living here three months. The value for this property is amazing. The space and location are great for the westside. More parking options would be great.

I've lived here for about three years now and don't have much to complain about. .Neighbors and community are kind and accommodating. Parking is ample as well as free street parking nearby. The location is top tier in terms of being next to Japan town and only a 15 min drive from the beach, UCLA, and downtown (excluding traffic). The building itself doesn't have many amenities, but living on the PH floor brings balconies and private roof. Landlord and staff for maintenance for the most part have been very timely and kind.. Happy to be renting from here.

I have really enjoyed living in the Iowa apartments. The location is perfect and just a 5 minute walk to the start of Sawtelle. Or a short walk to a few bars and restautants on Santa Monica boulevard. The 3 bedroom apartment is extremely spacious but does feel a little old at times, especially when it comes to the appliances and the bathroom features. Management is good and very responsive. Our unit has two parking spots in the gated garage, but they are tandem which can get pretty annoyint. Overall, though, its definitely been a great place to live!

SCEP Fee of $2.83 and RSO Fees according to city regulation and if applicable. Security Deposit equal to one-month of rent.
