Franklin Plaza is like an 80s party girl who has finally grown up. She is from a good area and has great bones but she has been through the ringer (a bad fire last year) some really trashy residents (most have moved out, but hoping some of the last loud ones get out soon) She is finally seeing the joy of life and getting a remodel and sprucing up which she deserves because she is in a great location and the manager is really a good person. So take a look at one of the best options in West Hollywood/Runyon Canyon area as she begins her renaissance!

The location is great! Nikki (the onsite manager) is cool and actually cares when problems arise. You can't beat the community that lives in the apartment, either.

I like living here, its not too loud despite being in Hollywood. The gym and pool are good, even if the pool turns into a party every weekend. Carpets outside could be a little nicer or re-done. There was a fire recently that damaged several apartments and I wish there had been more communication about it

At this moment I am paying full rent for a building that isnt offering what i signed for. Front door buzzer is broken, elevator is broken, gym smells like mold and wet socks, the community center is now the fromt office, the fromt entrance is soaking wet and sadly my apartment and the building now smell like burnt wood. Nikki has been amazing and has made it clear that we are able to move without a notice however moving would cost and will be tedious. Please do something because the “ luxury” building is not longer that!
