We have lived here for 2-3 years, and generally enjoyed the experience! Great location, and relatively modern building in a safe neighborhood. However, lacks some of the modern amenities available at similar other apartments - the gym is very small with limited equipment, and it's location on the roof prevents us from having a nice, sprawling rooftop deck the way other buildings in the area have.

New construction buildings carry noise and this is no exception. It’s a nice building with good appliances service etc

We love living here! Overall the apartment is beautiful & we are so happy to be moved in! Our neighbors are great, the amenities are wonderful and overall well valued in the price of the apartment. The gym area is great to be able to use & overall it is kept clean as I am sure it is hard for staff to clean too much because of COVID. We love the location & one of the main reasons we picked this apartment was the property manager Harvey. He ensured us very enthusiastically that even though Wiseman has lots of properties, he would be ready and willing to answer questions and help with concerns whenever needed. That he would be available and promised to provide great communication without frustration like anther apartment he experienced before. Well, since then he has been uncommunicative, incredibly rude over written correspondence and always claims he is too busy to talk because "he has an urgent client meeting." Honestly, if I cannot connect to my property manager without him being rude to me AND all my roommates that's an issue. I completely understand not being available immediately 24/7, but he could just not reply back or reply back saying "sorry I am unavailable at the moment and will reply back later." But, instead he makes aggressively rude comments back that he has really important client meetings in an hour and not to message him or that he cannot even talk right now and to "just figure it out". All he had to say was he is busy at the moment, even though it seems he consistently says has another job he has to do that is more important. But in conclusion I would simply love what was promised at the initial showing and expected in general from a professional setting: at minimum a communicative, respectful property manager who is actually knowledgable of the apartment building without frustrated backlash or rude comments that I even contacted him in the first place. Thank you so much, I appreciate everything else and otherwise impressed.
