I've lived here for 10 years. The staff is nice. Although we are in the hood, no one hangs out on the street over here, you can walk down the street in comfort.

Problem with people parking against the wall in the parking lot causing near accidents on the daily. Despite all the signs that are posted not to do so. Really a serious problem.
