The building and location are great. So are the neighbors. The appliances are a bit old and could use some upgrading. The value of the units could be so much more if the management stayed on top of caring for the building more. There is constant repairs being needed due to the ageing of the building, especially the laundry room. The washers and dryers never work consistently and are inconvenient to the residents. Always eating our money and barely working properly. In-unit appliances like microwaves and ovens are worn also and should be regularly replaced.
