Karla (new property manager) is awesome-- she's very available and responsive! The area is also amazing. LA rent is insane but this isn't so bad.

This complex is under relatively new management with Moss & Company. They do a very poor job of fielding and completing maintenance requests. They take their time and I've often had to contact numerous people because no one ever got back to me. There have been issues that they are quick to say they are unable to do anything about. (For example, our two washing machines have faulty coin slots and often get jammed. I was basically told to fend for myself.) Other requests have gone ignored.
