Good location but noise issues

Used to live here and it's a great location and the apartments are nicely renovated but noise is a huge problem. You can hear your neighbors and their pets all the time. You can hear them walking around, taking a shower, watching TV. How noisy it is depends on your neighbors and that changed while I lived here and there's nothing you can do about it
