Not a bad place to live. I really dislike the design of the main bathroom but nice people, tandem parking and fairly quiet neighborhood

This property is in a great neighborhood -- diverse with both families and single people. It's also very dog-friendly and there's an annual dog parade just on the corner! The units are updated with new kitchen appliances and each unit has a wall-inserted A/C. The apartments are on the smaller side but comfortable and the bedrooms are a good size. Most units have a patio or a balcony. The complex is a bit enclosed so, though there's nice sunlight outside, the units can be pretty dark inside. But it keeps the apartment cool even in the Summer. The on-site laundry room is also small but adequate. It would be nice if there were a few more amenities -- bigger shared laundry, communal outdoor space, or A/Cs in each room. Rents are on the high end for a complex like this but you're paying for location. It's very close to downtown Culver City (easy bike ride) with quick access to the 405 and I-10, and there are a few good restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance without the neighborhood being loud (it's actually a very quiet block). Overall, it's a nice building for singles/roommates or small families.
